Like Bardstown, Fulton, Hubbard & Hubbard has a long and distinguished history.
Ernest Fulton (1883-1962) began practicing law in the early 1900’s.
Elmer Hubbard (1913-1995) joined him in 1950. His son, John Douglas Hubbard, joined the firm in 1968.
In 2000, Mike Coen merged his practice with that of Fulton, Hubbard & Hubbard.
Fulton, Hubbard & Hubbard maintains a vigorous practice. We practice in the state trial courts,
federal courts and courts of appeal. The firm has a reputation of litigating the difficult and complicated case.
These cases range from murder, multi-asset divorce, wrongful death, to product liability, drug charges,
