 “Personal injury” cases are those cases where you have been injured due to the negligence of another person or where another person has intentionally injured you.
Examples of the most common personal injuries are where you have been injured in an automobile accident, have fallen at the local store or business or have been injured during the course of some medical procedure.
Fulton, Hubbard & Hubbard regularly accepts questions about personal injury and will evaluate your case and give you an opinion. Consultation and the time we spend evaluating your case is without charge to you. If we accept your case, our fee will be based upon a percentage of what we recover for you. If you don’t recover any money, we don’t get paid.
